Starting from the left is Bob Earl, lady with the black dog is unknown, as is the man with the Cocker Spaniel.  Possibly they are children of Bob and Margie who is the lady in the blue dress.   She's the daughter of Lizzie Dolan Bell.  That would make her Grandpa Charles Dolan's niece .
